Scott has been a Food & Beverage expert for nearly four decades, working at top restaurants like Boston Restaurant Associates, Mamma Mia�s, and Tap City Grill. In addition to his culinary prowess, he's also a savvy businessman, having owned Prescott Brokerage Services and served as the CEO of NAIFA Northeast. But it's his role at The Club at New Seabury that truly lets Scott shine. For the past six years, he's been an integral part of the establishment, heading up the Lure Raw Bar and its stunning oceanfront deck. Here, members and staff alike come to enjoy fresh seafood, ice-cold drinks, and nightly entertainment. As Scott likes to say, "The Lure is such a great place for everyone. We're right by the ocean, and all of our seats are outside. It's the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy some delicious food and drink." When he's not manning the Lure Raw Bar, Scott can be found strolling along the waterfront, chatting with members at the cabana club, beach, beach bar, and anywhere else they gather. And when he's not at work? Well, that's when the real fun begins. "We exceeded our sales goal for the season versus last season," Scott proudly reports. "And we brought back Wine Down Wednesday and Tiki Thursday, which were both huge hits with our customers." Whether he's serving up delicious food and drink at the Lure, chatting with members by the water, or hitting the slopes, Scott is always on the go, bringing his infectious energy and passion to everything he does.
