It wasn't until he moved to the United States at the age of 13 that he discovered his true passion for the culinary arts. After attending school on Cape Cod, Ramon pursued his passion at Johnson & Wales University, honing his skills at various prestigious country clubs in New England. Eventually, he found himself at New Seabury, where he started as a Sous Chef in 2007. In 2013, he was promoted to Executive Sous Chef. When searching for a new executive chef, the team at New Seabury reviewed numerous resumes and spoke with several highly qualified candidates. But it didn't take long for them to realize that the perfect fit was already on their team. Now as the Executive Chef of The Club at New Seabury, Ramon is excited to continue his culinary journey, bringing his unique perspective and experience to every plate. He's excited to meld his Dominican origins with the unique traditions of Cape Cod to create flavor combinations that will leave members delighted. Compliments to the chef.
