June 12th will mark 30 years, Dave Hatfield has been with The Club at New Seabury, where he currently serves as the Director of Facilities. Growing up in Weymouth, MA, Dave started his career by attended trade school for cabinet making but would later find himself laid off and looking for an opportunity. That's when a friend called Dave and told him he knew of a company hiring and all he needed to do was �show up.� With nothing to lose, Dave showed up, and applied for the job not knowing what to expect. But as soon as he set foot on the property, he knew he had found his home away from home. The people he met were smart, fun, easy to get along with, all working together towards a common goal. Dave was in. Since then, a lot has changed around the club, but Dave has become an integral part of the team, overseeing the maintenance and care of the club's stunning 42,000 square foot Country Club, Beach and Cabana Clubs, Tennis Complex, and surrounding facilities. He takes pride in walking the entire property daily, making sure that everything is in tip-top shape for members and guests alike.
